User Group Meeting
is an annual event that brings the netsapiens team, clients, and partners together to discuss topics that matter to the entire netsapiens community.
is the core of the User Group Meeting agenda. With concurrent sessions covering a range of topics throughout each day, both new clients and netsapiens experts will be able to take back new knowledge.
The User Group Meeting brings all aspects of the netsapiens community together in one place. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with other service providers, vendors, and the netsapiens team.
UGM allows you to build long-lasting bonds with a strong network of netsapiens clients and discover ways to share knowledge, advice, and resources that benefit the entire netsapiens community.

1When should I arrive/ depart from San Juan?
We recommend that you arrive at the venue on Monday, March 25th. That evening will be the opening reception. The first full day is on Tuesday, March 26th. The User Group Meeting's scheduled events end on Thursday afternoon. You are free to stay at the hotel for as long as you would like. It is the perfect opportunity for a vacation in San Juan!
2What meals are provided?
Breakfast, and lunch are provided Tuesday through Thursday. There will also be an opening cocktail reception on Monday night and dinner receptions on Tuesday and Wednesday.
3How do I sponsor the UGM?

4I have a food allergy/require special accommodations. What do I do?
Please note any allergies or special requirements on the registration form in the space provided and we will work with you to meet your needs. If you have already submitted your registration form without these details, contact email@example.com and we will have it corrected for you.
5How do we get the slides from the sessions?
All attendees will receive the session slides via the email that was used to register for the UGM. If you are an attendee and would like to have the slides sent to an email address that is different than the one originally provided, please see the registration table. These slides will not be available to the general public.
6Do I need a passport to go to Puerto Rico?
No, you will not need a passport because Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory.
