Just a few short weeks ago, our VP of Marketing & Partnership, Ken Adams led the netsapiens team into Philadelphia for Channel Partners Evolution. It’s always a great time to connect with current and prospective channel partners and strategize with them about how we can meet their PBX, VoIP and other UCaaS needs.
This year, we went armed with exciting news about our latest and greatest product, SNAPvantage – the first cloud-native business management system (B/OSS) for communications service providers. For some time now, we’ve been hearing our service provider partners complain that they’re spending too much time and money on ad hoc combinations of manual provisioning processes and limited billing tools created by developers with no ‘real world’ experience in the service provider feel. As a result, it made sense for us to go ahead and make a comprehensive platform designed by a B2B service provider – netsapiens – for other B2B service providers.
As we discussed with many providers at Channel Partners Evolution and to prove we’re actually putting up the seminal B/OSS for our industry, here’s a list of just some of the unique service provider-specific offerings included in our package:

As we move into 2019, we are preparing to take our partnership model, UCaaS feature sets and SNAPvantage B/OSS platform to help service providers in the US and internationally drive ROI and growth.
