Keynote Presentations
Keynote presentations will take place from 9:30 to 10:30 Tuesday through Thursday in the Point Loma 2 ballroom. Each Keynote will address the entire UGM audience and cover topics that are valuable to all attendees.
Concurrent Sessions
Concurrent sessions will take place in Point Loma 1, Point Loma 2, and the Coronado room in the Kona Kai. Each session is focused on a technical or business topic that will help attendees better understand, use, or sell the netsapiens SNAPsolution platform. You can find the concurrent session schedule below.

Client Services Meetings
Thiago Modelli and Brian Watters are holding one-on-one customer meetings throughout the UGM. The goal of these meetings will be to discuss netsapiens Client Services. 2When should I arrive/ depart from San Diego?
We recommend that you arrive at the Kona Kai on Monday, February 26. That evening will be the opening reception in the main courtyard. The first full day is on Tuesday, February 27. The User Group Meeting's scheduled events end on Thursday at 3:30pm. You are free to stay at the hotel for as long as you would like. It is the perfect opportunity for a vacation in San Diego!
3What meals are provided?
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided Tuesday through Thursday. There will also be an opening cocktail reception on Monday night.
4How do I Sponsor the UGM?
If you would like to sponsor the 2018 User Group Meeting, contact netsapiens at info@netsapiens.com. We will respond with the appropriate sponsorship information for your business.
5I have a food allergy/ require special accommodations. What do I do?
Please note any allergies or special requirements on the registration form in the space provided and we will work with you to meet your needs. If you have already submitted your registration form without these details, contact info@netsapiens.com and we will have it corrected for you.
6How do we get to the reception events?
netsapiens is providing bus transportation to and from the reception events. On Tuesday February 27, busses will depart from the front of the Kona Kai at 6:00pm and 6:30pm to go to the San Diego Gulls Hockey Game. Busses will pick attendees up from the game at 9:00pm and 9:45pm to bring them back to the Kona Kai hotel. The pickup and drop-off location at the Gulls game will be the same so please make note of where you are when you leave the bus. If you will not be taking the bus, please notify the netsapiens registration desk during the day so we can ensure you have a ticket when at the box office when you arrive separately. On Wednesday February 28, busses will depart from the front of the Kona Kai at 6:00pm and 6:30pm to go to the Fairweather rooftop in Downtown San Diego. Busses will pick attendees up from Fairweatehr at 9:00pm and 9:45pm to bring them back to the Kona Kai hotel. The pickup and drop-off location at the Fairweather will be the same so please make note of where you are when you leave the bus. Attendees are also free to take their own transportation to and from this event.
7How do we get the slides from the sessions?
All attendees will receive the session slides via the email that was used to register for the UGM. If you are attendee and would like to have the slides sent to an email address that is different than the one originally provided, please see the registration table. These slides will not be available to the general public.
8Where should I park?
Valet parking is available at a discounted price of $14 a day for UGM attendees at the Kona Kai. Free street parking is available in the mornings but becomes increasingly limited in the afternoons. Cars are not allowed to stay on the street over night.
